Character Name & Pronouns: Corrin of Nohr, she/her
Character Age: Vague, but based on context clues I'm gonna go with her upper limit of late 21. Since the player can set her birthday, Corrin will turn 22 on December 23rd.
Canon: Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest route
Canon Point: Postgame. She's ready for a vacation and maybe some kissing as well. XD
History: Have a wiki link! Relevant sections are: Prologue, and Conquest.

Personality: Corrin's personality changes depending on which route she takes, but there are consistencies across all three routes. She is kind, to a fault, willing to speak her mind about and stand up for others, even to her family. She tries to see the best in people, and will always try to take peaceful resolutions to problems.

Unfortunately, Conquest also does a number on her idealism, as she is forced to bear witness to the cruelties of the Nohrian army commanded by her father that she is powerless to stop. She spends much of the route wrestling with doubt over her worthiness to wield Yato; how can she be a chosen hero meant to save the world when her actions seem to bring nothing but harm? The contradictions and regrets almost become too much for her to bear and she almost collapses under the weight of it until Xander steps in with a pep talk about his philosophy of justice; namely that "justice" does not exist as a moral or philosophical absolute; one can only do the best they can to protect the people they care about and save as many people as possible while accepting that it is almost impossible to save everyone.

The Corrin of post-Conquest is not the same young woman who first left the Northern Fortress; her idealism remains, but is dented, and reforged into something more practical. She will still seek non-violent, peaceful solutions, but to defend her loved ones, she will not hesitate to draw her sword, and will kill if absolutely necessary (as she calmly and matter of factly tells Garon's crony Hans near the end of the game if she engages him in combat, she will kill him). Corrin looks to see the best in people, but is no longer blind to the darker elements within them, or herself as well. She accepts responsibility for her actions and that she has earned the hatred and distrust of many, but that does not stop her from working to regain their trust, and build a better world. Though she chose her adopted Nohrian family over her trueblooded Hoshidan siblings, she did everything she could to save them during the war, and while she could not save Ryoma or Takumi, she is at peace with their memories, and looking forward to building a new relationship with her sisters Hinoka and Sakura. Ultimately, what she really is looking forward to is a vacation; Corrin's been put through the wringer and there's still much more work to be done, so helping Princess Callie learn to understand love is something Corrin would want to help her do, as others helped her.

And because the world is often cruel and dark, she will be kind. Always kind. If it kills her, at least it'll be worth it if she dies a kind person. Conquest is interesting in that despite being the "bad guy" route (to an almost comical degree), it is the route that emphasizes Corrin's kindness the most, as a way to cope with the horrors that she is unable to stop. She will do whatever she can to balance that evil out with simple kindness.

Abilities:
Master Swordswoman-Corrin received training from her elder brother Xander, Nohr's Crown Prince and pre-eminent warrior. She then modified her style to incorporate elements of Hoshidan swordplay, magic, and her own transformation abilities to create a totally unique style that relies on transformation and acrobatics as much as her ability to wield a sword.

Shadow Yato-The mythical sword of salvation, also called the Fire Emblem, the sword Yato found its way to Corrin's hand after the death of her mother Queen Mikoto. After being empowered by the Rainbow Sage of Notre Sagesse, it was further upgraded into the Grim Yato when brought into contact with her brother Leo's divine weapon, the tome of magic Brynhildr. In the final hours of the war, Xander's divine weapon Siegfried, another sword of darkness, further empowered the Grim Yato into its present state. As a weapon of sacred darkness, Shadow Yato can extend darkness' protection to Corrin, allowing her to better guard her friends, allies and loved ones. When wielded, or just carried on her person, the sword makes her hardier and more resistant to magic. She can also call Shadow Yato to her hand if she gets separated from it.

Dragonform/Dragonstone-Corrin can, for reasons unknown to her (she's on the wrong route for that), transform into a Water Dragon, either fully or only partially. In this transformed state, she becomes much stronger, capable of laser breath, and can fight with tooth and claw (it doesn't look like she has a face until that orb splits open and reveals a toothy maw). In her half transformed state, her body is more malleable and can stretch, grow, or even assume different shapes like that of spikes or drills to attack. However, in order to fully transform to a dragon, Corrin must channel the transformation through her Dragonstone, a special blue crystal given to her by Azura after she went berserk in her first change. The stone stabilizes her transformation and protects her from dragon madness; without it, she risks being able to lose the ability to tell friend from foe. It also makes her weak to anti-dragon weapons and magic. This is a very powerful ability, but this is a romance-focused game, so my nerf to it is that Corrin will have very little reason to ever use her full dragon power and will largely content herself with half-transformations. If she does fully transform, it's more likely to be for fun/shippy purposes more than combat. Only the most serious life-or-death struggles warrant the full use of her dragonform and it is not a power she uses lightly.

Dragon Veins-As someone with the blood of the First Dragons running through her veins, Corrin can access fonts of natural power that lie across Fateslandia (Fates has extremely thin worldbuilding) called Dragon Veins. When Corrin encounters a Dragon Vein she can manipulate the terrain in a specific way, like extending a land bridge over a chasm, draining a section of river, or shutting off/opening new passages in a cave system. The effect is unique to each Dragon Vein and cannot be altered; it performs one specific function and one only. I intend to nerf this power by saying there are no Dragon Veins in Rosavelle, so Corrin's ability to use them is functionally useless, but I include it here for completeness's sake.

Bloom Bond Flower: 1. Tulip 2. Geranium, 3. Hydrangea. Honestly I'd be happy with any of the three.
